What a meal journal and energy tracker can honestly tell you

Food to Mood pairs a photo of the meal with what you say about your energy and digestion a couple of hours later. Over time that gives you a log of your own meals sitting next to your own answers. It records that the two happened together — it does not, and cannot, tell you that one caused the other.

More on what an energy tracker can and cannot show you, how the check-in works, or the frequently asked questions.

How it works

  1. Snap a photo of your meal and get a five-second forecast of how it may land.
  2. Check in a couple of hours later: energy, digestive comfort, heaviness.
  3. After a few check-ins, see the patterns in your own log — not someone else's.
